Wir erheben grundsätzlich nur diejenigen Daten, die wir zur Ermittlung und Kontaktierung der Gewinner benötigen. Diese erkennst Du an den mit einem (*) gekennzeichneten Feldern. Die Angabe der übrigen abgefragten Informationen ist freiwillig und erfolgt zum Zweck Dir Informationen zu interessanten Veranstaltungen und Angeboten von Regenwald-Hilfe e.V. zukommen lassen zu können, sofern Du dies eingewilligt hast. Die Datenverarbeitung erfolgt auf Grundlage des Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO.

Sofern Du darüber hinaus Deine Einwilligung erteilt hast, von uns per E-Mail oder per Post regelmäßig Informationen über unsere vereinsinternen Informationen zu erhalten, erfolgt eine entsprechende Verarbeitung Deiner personenbezogenen Daten auf Grundlage des Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO.

Dauer der Speicherung:

Wir verarbeiten und speichern Deine personenbezogenen Daten grundsätzlich nur solange, wie sie für die Zwecke, für die sie erhoben worden sind, erforderlich sind. Wir löschen/vernichten Deine Daten daher nach Beendigung des Gewinnspiels, es sei denn, eine darüberhinausgehende Speicherung ist zur Erfüllung der uns obliegenden vereinsrechtlichen Aufbewahrungsfristen erforderlich. Etwaige Aufbewahrungsfristen können sich aus dem Handelsgesetzbuch (HGB) sowie der Abgabenordnung (AO) erheben und betragen in der Regel sechs bzw. zehn Jahre. Im Falle des Gewinns, speichern wir Deine Daten zumindest für die Dauer der gesetzlichen Verjährungsfrist, die in der Regel drei Jahre beträgt, um mögliche Gewährleistungsansprüche prüfen zu können. Die Speicherung Deiner Daten nach Beendigung des Gewinnspiels erfolgt dann auf Grundlage von Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c DSGVO i.V.m. der einschlägigen Rechtsvorschrift.

Datenweitergabe (Datenempfänger):


Wir geben Deine nicht an Dritte weiter, sofern dies nach den oben genannten Punkten nicht erforderlich ist oder eine andere datenschutzrechtliche Übermittlungsbefugnis besteht. Deine Daten werden jedoch weder an Dritte verkauft noch anderweitig vermarktet. Auch eine Datenverarbeitung außerhalb der EU findet nicht statt.

Deine Rechte als betroffene Person:

Du hast gemäß Art. 15 DSGVO das Recht auf Auskunft seitens des Verantwortlichen über Deine betreffenden personenbezogenen Daten sowie auf Berichtigung unrichtiger Daten gemäß Art. 16 DSGVO oder auf Löschung, sofern einer der in Art. 17 DSGVO genannten Gründe vorliegt, z.B. wenn die Daten für die verfolgten Zwecke nicht mehr benötigt werden. Du hast zudem das Recht auf Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, wenn eine der in Art. 18 DSGVO genannten Voraussetzungen vorliegt und in den Fällen des Art. 20 DSGVO das Recht auf Datenübertragbarkeit. Wenn Du uns eine Einwilligung erteilt hast, hast Du das Recht, diese jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft zu widerrufen. Die bis zum Widerruf erfolgte Datenverarbeitung bleibt rechtmäßig. Wenn Du Deine Einwilligung widerrufen möchtest, stellen wir die entsprechende Datenverarbeitung ein.
